You can go to www.simplifysupper.com for some good ideas. You can print out a whole month of dinners and the recipes. Worth a try.
There is another one I spied a while ago but I'll have to look through my *blogging* notebook and see if I can find where I wrote it down.

I hate fixing supper. I've hated it for 40 years! Some day...I'm gonna hire me a cook! :)

HUGS.

I love cooking.

I mean, I hate cooking.

Tonight I decided to love cooking again. We had baked Salmon and I made coconut couscous, and then to get really fancy...we had a big bowl of strawberries. My husband wasn't even in town and I cooked. It is a good thing my kids liked it. =)

I have lots of favorite recipes.

Here is one....

Oriental Chicken Salad

Chicken breasts
1/2 bag of Salad
1/2 bag of shredded cabbage
1/2 package of won ton wrappers
2 packages of Chicken Top Ramen (save seasoning for the dressing)
1/2 cup almonds
green onions
mandarin oranges
sesame seeds

Dressing:
2 packages chicken top ramen seasoning
3 tablespoons white sugar
4 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
Add 1 T. hot water, and whisk dressing.
Then add 1 cup veg. oil

Cook chicken (season to liking), and cut into bite size pieces.
Heat oil in a sauce pan for won tons. You can fry the whole won ton and crumble when cool, or cut into strips with pizza cutter and fry.
Crush the ramen noodles while they are still in the bag. (I never use all the noodles.)

Mix everything in a big bowl. Pour dressing on individual salads.

he he okay since we are on a pasta roll ill stick with my crock pot sistas! Besides for those of us who hate to cook, how hard is it to put food on and let it sit while you do more meaningful things :)

Pulled pork sandwiches
{so easy its embarassing}
Pork tenderloin (my fave is costco $20 and it makes 3 meals for my fam of 5)
1 bottle of sweet baby rays bbq sauce
buns
celery
plain lays (thats how I roll)

Put pork tenderloin in crockpot for 6 hours on high, make sure to coat bottom of crock pot with water just a tad to prevent sticking and season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
After 6 hours or so, shred pork with a fork, it should literally fall apart. Then coat with sweet baby rays bbq sauce. Turn to low and let simmer for approx 30 minutes or so. Serve on buns and have celery and ranch and yummy lays potato chips on the side :)

Yes Im lazy and proud! Love ya Annie! thanks for the meals

Okay Annie: Here's our dinner from tonight (well not the actual dinner, but the recipe....;-) I got it from an insert for crockpot liners.

Sweet & Sour Chicken
1 jar sweet & sour sauce
1/4 c. - 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
2-3 boneless/skinless ckn breasts cut into cubes
1 medium red bell pepper cubed
1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained

Place all ingredients in the slow cooker (I put the liners in mine). Cook on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is done.

We put lettuce leafs on our plates, covered that with cooked rice and then added heaping spoonfuls of chicken and pineapple with the sauce over the top - WOW!!! We loved it. Easy and yummy!
