now, THAT being said..............

I had a dream.

a very vivid dream.....of me decorating my tree.

and using NOTHING store bought.

.

So,

I made my dream come true.

I woke up and wrote down all that I could remember....

so here is my tree. :)

{one day it will be large}

I printed off Old sheet music i found online.

ripped the sides and rolled them.

.

I created these birds and old record player with notes in my photoshop

and printed them, ripped them and glued them into harder cardboard.

Then sewed black lace ruffels on them....

.

I made black silk Ruffle garland.

I made Burlap mini flag garland.

I made 1, 2, 3, 4, ornaments {4 kids member}

and a mini "West" banner.

and little tulle balls here and there.

its needs more stuff.........i will see what tonights dreams are.. :)

Dropped Autumn and a friend off to do baptisms again...{I think she is hooked}

then swung over to the DI to see if I could find some Thanksgiving treasures for My table.

You know those Small little plastic cups?

when I say little, i mean.....baby ones, the ones that fit PREFECTLY into the toliet hole when flushed. {thanks child # 4}

after many overflowed toliet water on my floor and every house hold item i could think of to retreive this little cup that was SUCKED right in.......I GOT IT!

{thanks max for licking up the toliet water}

i didn't want to pay a roter rooter $100.

What I did as the last resort was bend a knife....and STABBED a hole through the cup, which in return released the tight suction it had...and floated right up to me. :)

I heard the choir sing.

Altho I fixed my own Sink Disposal this morning....by myself.

It was Night Of Excellence last night at the church for the YW.

was sad mike was working....

but it ended up to be a nice night with just us girls. :)

we had a YUMMY dinner and some GREAT talks.

Autumn sang with her two friends. It was so pretty!

Charlee ended up being naughty....pretty much stripped down to nakedness and ran around loudly like she owned the place.

Everyone just laughed, for they soooooooooooooo KNOW Charlee!

{like Abbies Glasses?} kids are crazy these days!

but i just ADORE that she isn't afraid to be her!

My Project was My afterschool snacks. :)

The girls Were how to RE-DO/RE-MAKE something you already have into something NEW.

they sewed them ...all ALONE!

way to go GIRLS!!!

I am so proud of them!!

raising teens is HARD STUFF....

They do make mistakes...but don't we ALL?

we just tug a little tighter and redirect back on the path......

sure aint easy somedays!!!!

But its OUR responsibility to do so!

you can see how CLOSE our hotel was to the shore.........this boat sailed by and it made for a perfect picture!! :)

This game was INSANE!

way noisy and so MANY PEOPLE.

alot dressed in Halloween costumes.

I went as a simple chargers fan....good enough right?

This was probually Our MOST favorite part.

riding the Beach cruisers up and down the boardwalk and all over the little roads.

I should have brough my beach cruiser, it Definatly would be the cutest by far......lol

This 27 inch monitor is heavenly with Photoshop. {big grin}

The kids are NOT allowed on it. No Touchie.

Here is a story that will describe her perfectly.

Charlee and I got home from running arrons and she had a hand full of candy she brought into the house.
we walked into the kitchen to eat dinner.....and she throws the candy all over the floor.
Mike asked her to pick them up.
she stood there.
He asked again.
She stood there with not a ounce of reaction.
Charlee? please pick those up so we can eat dinner.
.
nothing.
.
.
Mike sits down in the kitchen floor with his hand open.
please charlee, put that candy in my hand.
.
nothing.
won't even look up.
..

.
{insert cricket sounds here}

{Me giggleing under my breath as I dished up dinner}

Charlee? we can't eat dinner.
you need to clean up the candy.

THEN, she slowly....{ever soooooo slowly}
slides her foot towards the candy...and picks it up with her toes....
and drops the piece of candy, piece by piece into mikes hand, of WHICH he had to lower so she could drop them in.

Me and HIM.....all alone!

We just got back from a 6 day romantic adventure to San Diego.
ALL ALONE!
Just him and I. :)

We stayed right on the beach.
Rented beach crusiers and rode up and down the beach front.
Walked at night along the beach.
shopped till we dropped.
rented paddle boats.
Rode the Carnival Belle boat at night.
.
Swam in the Ocean and looked for sea shells....
Went to the Chargers Game!

I can't stop smiling about it.
.
we could soooo live there!!!!!
and did not want to come home.
But my eyes welled up with tears on the last day, we missed our kids!!
